Salary

IDLO offers fair and transparent salaries that are competitive within the sector. Annual base salary is shown in vacancy announcements.

Leave entitlement

Eligible employees receive 30 days of annual leave, public holidays determined by the duty station, and medical and compassionate leave provisions.

Health insurance and contribution plan

Employees are enrolled in the appropriate health insurance plan, with eligible colleagues also receiving contributions through the provident fund arrangement.

Home leave

Eligible internationally recruited employees may receive home leave travel based on the classification of their duty station.
